Analytics on Archived Content

Kapost gathers analytics on archived content but it does not display anywhere in Kapost aside from Custom Reports. In other words, archived content analytics will not appear on the individual content page, insights, the individual initiative page, or elsewhere besides custom reports.

  1. To access your archived content, select content from the left menu.
  2. Click the filters button under Content.
  3. Click content details.
  4. Select the dropdown for content status.
  5. select archived.

Kapost will continue to gather page views indefinitely. Social analytics (Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) stats) will stop gathering after one year.

If you un-archive and republish the content, the publish date will update and we will track it again for a year. For information regarding how to un-archive content, please find that information here.
